  • Try nyo beer or soda na may mataas na CO2 content. Make sure super lamig ng soda para hindi agad ma-release yung CO2 until it reaches the hot oil. Pag mainit kasi yung liquid hindi gaano naghohold ng CO2.

  • Ninong I have tried the mixture you did pero I didn’t use 40% alcohol Vodka, 17% lang. Yun kaya yung mali kung bakit magkaiba yung itsura nung tempura (veggie) na finish prod mo or baka yung klase ng cake flour dito sa ibang bansa? 😅

    P.S. nagawa ko yung crispy belly so I know your recipes and techniques work haha!
