How to make Shrimp Egg Tendon
(2 people) Cook Time: 25 minutes
2 Soft Boiled Eggs
2 slices Eggplant, 1cm/0.4″ thick
1 Green Bell Pepper
2 slices Kabocha Squash, 7mm/0.3″ thick
2 pieces Okra
– Donburi Sauce –
50ml Soy Sauce (1.7 fl oz)
60ml Mirin (2 fl oz)
3g Bonito Flakes (0.1 oz)
1 Tea Filter Bag
– Batter –
60g Tempura Batter Mix (2.1 oz)
100ml Water, approx. (3.4 fl oz)
Tempura Batter Mix for dusting
300g Fresh Steamed Rice (10.6 oz)
Sansho Pepper Powder to taste
* 1 tablespoon (tbsp) = 15 ml, 1 teaspoon (tsp) = 5 ml
