  • Son poulet a l'air bien. Puis il a mit plein de truffe dessus. Ok pourquoi pas, mais une sauce ça aurait été mieux. Et là il tartine de béarnaise. C'est comme mettre du ketchup sur un magret de canard. Il détruit toute la truffe avec ça. Autant aller à MCDO.

  • I cook a roast chicken every Sunday, I don't do all that fuss, butter under the skin, salt and pepper, a little olive oil, sometimes rosemary, goes in the oven, turn it over, base the chicken with its juices, then it goes down my neck, bon appetit, chef kiss.
