Recipe (Ingredients)—————————–
200ml (0.85 cup) Water
25g (2 tbsp) Sugar
3g (1 tsp) Yeast
300g (2 cups) Bread flour/Wheat flour
3g (1/2 tsp) Salt
20g (2 tbsp) Olive oil

Mold size (450g) : 20.8×11.8x11cm
170°C (340°F) bake for about 25-30 minutes

Important tips
1. Olive oil can be replaced with other cooking oil
2. According to your own oven and mold to change the baking temperature and time.

  • You're forgetting a major step: the water must be very warm. Too hot or too cold, and you'll kill the yeast, meaning your dough will NEVER rise. Anyone who's never made yeast bread before will not know this, and their attempt to make this will not work

I'm posting from Oregon, USA, about an hour from the Pacific Ocean and can testify that your recipe here turns out fabulous bread. First time we baked it, I accidentally added 1 tsp salt instead of 1/2 tsp (6 grams vs 3 grams) and it was still really good, just didn't rise as high as it should have. Second and all ensuing trials have been just like your video. Thank you again and blessed be!
