  • I season the bottom, as well as the top.🤓

  • where can you get that olive oil brush??

    Sam Bartowski 23/10/2022 am9:08
  • I was like “let’s find a new recipe.” Then this just reinforced that I can keep doing what I do. I put the chicken on the pan, sprayed it with Pam, then added my favorite chicken seasoning (chef merito). It’s basically the same! 😁. Easy.

  • I ran across your video today because I wanted to bake some thighs, and I have to say your timing worked perfectly. I have tried numerous youtube videos and something was always off, but this was the juiciest chicken I have baked, thank you!

    john John 23/10/2022 am9:08
  • It will crisp just as good but without the burnt seasoning

    SKittlez 23/10/2022 am9:08
  • I seriously don't understand why people put the seasoning on then the olive oil and then try to mix it in their pan, why don't you just put it all in a bowl mix it up first then put it in your pan that you're baking in 🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦

    SKittlez 23/10/2022 am9:08
  • I made this last night – it was delicious!!!!! Thank you.

    DINÉ SPORTSZONE 23/10/2022 am9:08
  • Thank you fpr sharing your recipe. I made it first time and it was really delicious!

    Enna 23/10/2022 am9:08
  • It’s not bland?

    Larry Shuemake 23/10/2022 am9:08
  • That's some gargatuan chicken right there!

    dulwich graphics 23/10/2022 am9:08
  • This will taste bland as all hell! Once you bite the skin of the top, the rest of the chicken has absolutely no taste. It might look good off the oven but oh Lord this will have ZERO taste when you bite the half of the chicken that was on the pan.
It amazes me all these YouTube chefs that only seasoned on what you can see from the oven door. I guess their taste buds are set to bland mode.

  • Made this tonight ☺️ Delicious. served with hearts of palm mash found at dollar tree today

    Pamela Eason 23/10/2022 am9:08
  • Why do Americans use garlic powder and everything else powdered ? I prefer using fresh unless I can’t find any supplies. I’m sure that would make it hard to do a rub but that’s the way it is

    L K 23/10/2022 am9:08
  • I tried these and they are great…My new Chicken thigh recipe

    the conservative 23/10/2022 am9:08
  • I made this and it was so good. I just added a little barbecue after letting it broil and grape seed oil. I used sweet paprika and more garlic powder bc no onion powder. Then I added some chili flakes. I have to make this again

    hey 23/10/2022 am9:08
  • ma'am did you was the chicken

    tiyarna braddy 23/10/2022 am9:08
  • Season on the bottom and underneath the skin as well. And I cook my thighs up to 200F internal lol. Not dry at all

    T 23/10/2022 am9:08
  • What should be the chicken thigh served with?

    Daniel Ngan 23/10/2022 am9:08
  • How do you avoid it being a little hard? Sometimes my chicken is soft sometimes harder. Perhaps cook it much slower on lower heat? Is marinating it better? I learned how to velvet chicken bits for stir fries and it’s amazing. Can this technique maybe help a whole chicken thigh? Maybe store them in cold water with salt? There must be a way. Unless the supermarket gets different quality chicken or ages, maybe it’s not me?

    kingdoz 23/10/2022 am9:08
  • I made this and my family loves these chicken thighs! He said you was very pretty and I totally agree!

    Vickie Vann 23/10/2022 am9:08
  • i was going to dislike, but I changed my mind, AS THIS IS ACTUALLY A GREAT RECIPE. You did well. I recommend seasoning the ENTIRE chicken so there is FLAVOR when you bite in…. You can even use a fork to poke holes in the the bottom and then massage them to ensue flavor in the inside.

    Vane All Day 23/10/2022 am9:08
  • I'm in the process of making this as I type. I can already tell it's going to be fantastic! Thank you.
